P1. Can you provide a brief introduction to the Dragonbite team?
Mickael Costache
DragonBite is the solution to a massive and global problem: there is more value in loyalty points, rewards and coupons in circulation in the world than US dollars, yet the majority of these digital assets are idle. The lack of a unified platform for users to redeem and spend their loyalty points means that every year hundreds of billions of dollar worth of assets become stale.
This is where we come in DragonBite is a universal digital asset management platform powered by Blockchain which we leverage to help loyalty points holders consolidate their earnings, interact with a global ecosystem of merchants and unlock the value of their digital assets.

P2. Where does the name DragonBite come from and what services does this platform offer?
Mickael Costache
Sure, great question — our whole thesis is that people will prefer using our platform to buy/sell/swap digital assets and will do so in “bite sizes”. We are also lowering the barriers to entry into crypto and expect people to also do about it through “bite size investments”. DragonBite is a truly open decentralised asset management platform for customers to store and swap all kinds of digital assets in One App with One password! Our vision is to disrupt the loyalty market with innovative business models and technology.
Our product is a digital wallet for all customers to store their digital assets, including Loyalty points, E-vouchers, E-coupons, Gift cards, Air mileages, In-game assets and Cryptocurrencies. DragonBite can preserve the value of your loyalty continuously and aggregate all your scattered assets into one wallet with one password.

P3. What stage of development is the DApp in? And what should we expect in the coming months?
Mickael Costache
Our tech team in Singapore is working extremely hard to put the finishing touches to our DApp to be released later this year. We are dealing with sensitive information and are building a very complex architecture involving blockchain, payments, loyalty programs integrations and more. We are also putting an accent on security as this is tremendously important for the long term success of our company. But while working on launching our DApp, our team wanted to give a preview of the power of our platform to our community in Hong Kong through a webapp selling vouchers denominated in BITE Point, one of DragonBite’s tokens. P4. What other plans does DragonBite have for this 2021?
Mickael Costache
We are expanding our international communities in both English and non-English speaking countries and continue our work in terms of business development to grow our merchants partners ecosystem. We need to grow our userbase and merchants base at the same speed so supply and demand can always be at the right level.
We are also working on a lot of marketing initiatives such as our Grand Giveaway which is ending tomorrow.

Great question! Users have very hard time to interact with those digital assets and a lot of them are left to expire. I noticed that for this Q3 you have planned the integration of some loyalty programs such as Asia Miles, Kris Flyers. Can you tell us a little bit about the benefits and opportunities that this integration will bring to the project and its users?
Mickael Costache
Sure thing — having quality merchant partners working with us is at the very center of our strategy and so important for our success! Our users need to be able to interract with the companies they use frequently and the companies already operating large scale loyalty programs. So it was very natural for us to target large airlines and hospitaly companies in that regard.

In your whitepaper you mention that BITE points can be used by more than 50,000 merchants and partners including Starbucks, McDonald’s, Burger King, which is incredible! But to what extent are these swaps available worldwide? Could I go to any store and use them?
Mickael Costache
Having quality partners like the ones you mentioned is tremendously important to us. We are expanding our services region by region and the partners listed in your question are accessible in some parts of the APAC region.

DragonBite is a decentralized, open asset management platform where clients store and exchange all types of digital assets in one application with one password. So what should the client do to participate in that platform?

We made our entire experience extremely user friendly. Our users are able to link multiple programs and buy/sell/swap digital assets in just a few taps. We are also lowering the barriers to entry for new crypto investors and make that process extremely easy to perform as well. We regularly post videos on how the process is handled on our social media accounts and blog as well so please regularly stop by to take a look

NFT is definitely an exciting topic. As a digital asset market, allow the asset class to be exchanged and converted. NFT, unique assets would also be compatible with the DragonBite platform?
