Bingus Token is an animal charity coin on BSC that has already donated $50000 to animal shelters worldwide. With a focus on mainstream marketing through influences, huge partnerships in crypto currency.

- Mike Cerisano — Film and TV professional working in New York City, has worked on shows like POWER: Ghost. The Equalizer, Blacklist, FBI Most Wanted etc.
- Kyra — Film and TV professional working in LA — worked at CAA, the largest talent agency in LA, tons of industry connections, made the Rocky Kanaka partnership work.

- Focusing on getting money to animal shelters.
- Future project is building a platform for animal shelters to use to help better do their wonderful work.
- Influencers who are signed on: Michael Rainey Jr., moistcr1tikal (https://www.twitch.tv/moistcr1tikal), BBno$, Rocky Kanaka. These are unprecedented endorsements in BSC which give us mainstream appeal. You can bet as we grow we will bringing on more and more huge names. Talks are already ongoing for a massive celebrity.
- Influencers will help grow the coin, as the coin rises in value so will our ability to expand the project.

Mike
I like the way you think. And we are actually working on that. Having big influenvers helps a ton with that.
- I have two shelter dogs, Luna and Cleo, I want to raise the price up so that other people and other dogs can have the same opportunity that they did. This is really important to me.
⁃ We are getting two centralized exchanges VERY SOON with more on the way.
⁃ We are looking to at least donate at least 1 million dollars to shelters and rescues.
⁃ We want to build the platform we spoke about earlier that should hopefully make it easier for shelters to do their work.
- The donations we’ve made to shelters so far have been really impactful for the shelters, and we’re proud to have made them, the more we grow the coin, the more change we can make.

P5. What plans does Bingus Finance have for this 2021?

- New website coming ASAP with help from BogTools team.
⁃ In talks for such as a video game, NFT platform, and a staking interface.
- Expanding relationships with shelters
- Helping shelters get set up in crypto
- Automate donation process so the team no longer has to be involved, will make the process entirely community led.
- Exciting developments with coin utility, still unreleased.
- Announcements will be made as things happen, we will not announce developments before they are a done deal.

How does Bingus plan to obtain sufficient liquidity to minimize order slippage? Does Bingus currently share liquidity with pancakeswap and apeswap ?
Mike
Ok cool! Good question.
- Liquidity has doubled in the last couple weeks from our efforts.
- In talks with Bogged about using a reward based staking method which will include NFTs and the game mentioned earlier.
- Aggressively moving towards CEXs which should alleviate this issue regardless.
- Lottery system built by Blowfish Token to incentivize liquidity input. Finally an overhaul of our liquidity points based voting system should be coming in the near term future.

Totally agree. We needed to fix it before our mainstream influencers could really help us promote.
When making a transaction in Bingus, 1% of it goes to charity, 1% gets burned, and 1% is redistributed. That increases the fee up to 3% without considering the blockchain cost. What extra costs are involved in transactions on Bingus?
Mike
- The only costs beyond the 3% you’ve listed is the BSC gas fee.
- We have among the lowest fees on BSC Network of other similar coins.
- Wanted it to be low enough that people felt free to trade it
- Fees disappear for the most part once we move to a CEX

With $Bingus donating to shelters (goal to be shelters worldwide), what mechanics are in place to confirm the legitimacy of said shelters? Is there any specific vetting process that Bingus takes?

- Currently have a team member who is responsible for vetting the shelters
- We investigate out their website, social media, looking to make sure they’ve been around awhile, they’ve been actively working toward animal welfare in their communities.

- We do have a spanish speaking community! We have a spanish language telegram group.

I understand that they seek to support animals that are in danger of extinction, but among so many animals with great danger of extinction in multiple countries, why have they only made donations to domestic animal organizations in the US?

- We have made donations worldwide, including in Russia and Romania
- Team is mostly U.S. based so there is a language barrier — crypto barrier
- If you’re outside of the U.S. and would like to help us make connections with animal welfare orgs worldwide, we absolutely welcome and encourage that!

What is the destination of the % of the transaction fee that goes to charity, what causes is Bingus constantly donating to, are users part of the selection process?
Mike
- Charity fee goes to charity wallet — 1%
- Bingus team is always on the lookout for more shelters who could use the help.
- Users are part of the selection process. If you post a shelter in tg or discord, we will reach out to them.
- Voting system is currently down for maintenance and development, working hard to make the voting system more engaging for the community
- Goal is to make the voting process completely community led

- Secret project in the works, involves both of our team’s specialities
- We want to work closely with them as we grow.

In several Latin American countries the laws for the protection of animals are not followed, it is sad but true! How can I earn a vote to get help for animal shelters? How can I get Bingus attention?
Mike
- The LP based voting system is down for maintenance and development at the moment. It will be back soon.
- Community members can join together to support a charity in the voting to fight any whales dominating the vote.
-We do actually have an element of randomness to fight whales. We use BOG’s Random Number Generator to randomize the results. So while yes the amount of votes/amount of liquidity provided does weight the odds, underdogs can still win, which has happened!
- Send us organizations to help! Help us make those connections. You can be the link between Bingus and animal welfare organizations in your community.

- We’ve done all of this before being listed on a CEX, which is when mainstream folks usually begin to get involved.

- We’re looking to make an impact in the world of animal influencers and mainstream celebrities.
- Also, AMAs like this! We do AMAs like this all the time, and we think we’re able to deliver them at a pretty high quality

Looking into the coin, you have many partnerships within the crypto world (Apeswap, TakeDefi, Bogtools, Blowfish, Dogira, Neural Pepe). I don’t see many coins with this amount of partnerships. How do you plan on using these partnerships and any more in the future to grow the Bingus brand?

- Our mission appeals to people’s better nature. People want to be involved!
- Dogira is going to be a big project that we can’t talk about right now.
- Neural Pepe — Auctioning off AI Generated NFTs for shelters
- Blowfish — Built a lottery for us to encourage liquidity providing.
- BogTools — Building us a new website, along with the voting system. They are big holders of Bingus, and I would consider them friends.
- TakeDefi — Setting up liquidity pools/farming with Bingus LP for TAKO Coin, we’re helping their value and they’re helping ours.
- ApeSwap — Helped us establish liquidity pools, also working with Bogged Tools who are good friends of ours!

As the great idea of Bingus came about, are you animal lovers, what is the main purpose and what changes do you want to make with Bingus, how do you plan to make a difference and support our 4-legged friends?

- We want to help animals around the world, by giving them monetary resources as well as tech based solutions to their toughest problems. The team is FILLED with animal lovers.
- Firstly, we want to look out for animals, who so often get left behind in philanthropy, but also, we believe that by looking out for animals, we are looking out for humans.
- My dog Luna cheers me up when I’m sad, she’s always happy I’m here, she’s improved my life in measurable and immeasurable ways. If I could help more people have a Luna in their life, and help more animals have homes, doing it along with a community of like-minded folks, I think that would be pretty special.
